Privacy Policy and Opt-In language for text registration

Going through text campaign registration and need sample language to use on your submission?

Language for opt-ins

Regardless of if you're collecting phone numbers on an online form, an offline form, or verbally in person or over the phone, you must provide a sample 'script' of language that you use when asking for a number. If you're collecting numbers on an online form on your website, the opt-in language should appear on that form as well.

"I grant Dozier Insurance LLC. the ability to send relevant text messages to the phone number provided. Texting messaging rates apply. The frequency of text messages will be daily, weekly, monthly Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions.”

When adding this language to your online form, or in your registration submission, you are welcome to customize it (past just adding in your company name) but we highly recommend that you do not remove any of the language above from the statement.
